Graham Davidson was very professional and helpful, and always kept me informed of progress of purchase.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Jarvis Barossa. The service is first classes. I have dealt with the same sales consultant- Randy Morcome and he has bent over backwards to assist me -- nothing was any trouble. I would recommend other people to go to this dealership and talk to Randy if they wished to buy either a new or second hand car. The warranty arrangements are great and you can drive away knowing that you are covered for any mechanical faults. The road side assist program is excellent.

I took delivery of a new vehicle from this dealership yesterday. and the Finance Manager Boris Solmonic was very attentive and arranged the very best finance deal he could for me.

I am scheduled to take the new Isuzu SDX I have purchase to have a Genuine Isuzu steel bull bar, Night Force 170 Driving Lights. Genuine Canvas seat covers. and an electric break controller fitted. I know the car will be ready at the agreed time of pickup which is 4.00 pm.

Everything to do with this service was completed satisfactorily. I'm pleased that I was told the air filter didn't need replacing, as it was still clean. Some might have replaced it anyway, or simply charged me for it, so I'm happy with Jarvis for doing the right thing.

Jarvis had quite a bit of trouble getting the car we wanted in the time originally promised. In spite of that the salesman Ben, was very helpful and made both the test drive experience easy (with two little kids taking over the dealership one Saturday afternoon) and when the car arrived Ben went of of his way to pick us us from Adelaide airport and arranged through the dealership some accommodation for us before we drove the new car back to Whyalla. This was a much better car purchase experience than I have had previously, and the attention to our specific needs, being a family from out-of-town, was much appreciated.

Fab the Salesman was to say the very least absolutely Fabulous. His knowledge of the Isuzu MU-X and the patience he had in explaining every little detail pre-sale was exceptional. He was in no way a pushy type which I personally found quite refreshing. Overall I felt very relaxed and comfortable with his whole approach, this was a contributing factor that led me to actually purchase the car. His invitation to call him if I had problems of any kind is also quite comforting. Finally I would like to say I am delighted with my purchase and thank you to all you guys at Jarvis Barossa.
