At Jarvis Subaru, Barossa all the people I dealt with were extremely efficient and knowledgeable in their particular fields of expertise. I must add that the particular salesman, Fabio Di Biase at Barossa was a stand out party in the purchase of our new vehicle. From the time we were introduced and through all negotiations, test drive and finally purchase he was exceptional in every detail. I would definitely recommend Jarvis Subaru Barossa to anybody looking for a new vehicle.

Apart from being the first scheduled service, I had some minor concerns I wanted looked at. These were addressed and action taken was explained to me. In addition, its the finer points/details taken by the service team, prime example the fact that my clock had been reset back to SA time after our trip, was unexpected and also that the vehicle was returned to me in a much cleaner state (external and internal) than I'd left it with you was greatly appreciated.

I would definitely recommend Jarvis & when we upgrade I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere. I looked for a car for a few years & always struggled to not be patronised when asking questions & trying to secure the best deal. Jarvis were extremely professional & prompt. I didn't know that this level of professionalism still existed in retail.

We have over the last 20 years as a family purchased 9 new vehicles, and being in the defence force these purchases have been from various dealerships around Australia. This is the first Isuzu we have purchased and the first time we have purchased from Jarvis.

The dealership at Tanunda SA, is by far the best dealership we have had dealings with, the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional.

Proof of our satisfaction is that we travelled to a regional country area of SA to purchase and service our vehicle, bypassing at least 3 closer dealerships.

We were very happy with the whole experience of our purchase. The sales person and the whole team were very helpful and friendly.

It was fantastic dealing with Fab. He had a great knowledge of the cars, provided us with all our options, spent a great deal of time making sure we got the car we wanted, and kept the whole buying experience enjoyable. It's not often you can say that about buying a car. Fab is great at building a rapport with his customers. We're already joking about buying our next car (second car) through him and that's probably 12 months away. 

This the second car we have purchased from Jarvis Barossa. Fabrizzio attended us on both occasions and we found him to be a very genuine person and easy to work with. All of the staff we had dealings with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent handover from Randy. Very knowledgeable. I recently got a new work Ute from Toyota and basically they dropped it off and said here's your keys. 

The reason I gave this is that Jodie and Ben have put up with me now since I had the car and problem we had with GPS, they listened to me complaining about it several times and they got it fixed for me and It now works great.

And when I request a service they always do it when asked. These two and may I say all the staff in Tanunda are a credit to you company DO NOT LOSS THEM
