The staff are very friendly and helpful and the car was ready when they said it would be. Having the car cleaned was a real bonus and very much appreciated.

We were already decided on the D-Max, but Fab and the team looked after us very well, and we are very happy with the overall package.

Timely phone calls from Wendy, we were able to drop our car off the night before. Ben was extremely professional, car was washed and  vacuumed - it needed it and was done very well. Offered a cold drink on departure final payment was in line with quoted amount.

Sales person informative non pushy, knew the product he was dealing with. Very good attitude shown by the sales person nothing too much trouble

Great service, great follow up with a reminder to have my car serviced, very helpful and friendly at every level.

And a very nice touch to offer a drink on a hot day - simple but but very appreciative.

At Tanunda there's polite staff, it's a clean workshop and waiting area, reasonable prices.

I would recommend Jarvis. The service was good and not to pushy.

I'm only rating this for the Tanunda Jarvis as they have been the only service dept of Jarvis who I would ever go to the service and staff 100% on everything, I would even go back to them when my car runs out of warranty as they are the best out of all the Jarvis service agents and I have been to a few, we are always 100% satisfied every time we go to Tanunda Jarvis. Thank you for having one outstanding one.

You guys always deliver & are very professional & courteous. I always deal with Ben & he does whatever he says he will do & if there is something that he cant do he will always follow up. Great service & thanks for cleaning my ute.
