Graham Davidson was polite, helpful and courteous to us when we were just looking at vehicles (not intending to buy) about a year ago at on a day out at Tanunda.

Although we live in Adelaide, his pleasant and honest manner stuck in our minds, so we had no hesitation in contacting him when our existing vehicle was struck down with some major problems and we were looking for a new car before we had planned to.

Although it was not possible for me to get a lift to Tanunda with one of the Jarvis staff who live in Adelaide and work at your Tanunda dealership, Graham dropped off our new car to our home on his day off when he was taking his wife to hospital for treatment in Adelaide. That is what I call dedication to a job and to customer service.

His service and assistance through the whole buying process was great and his after sales follow up remains at the same level.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. I always love that my car gets cleaned (inside and out) and its always cleaned well. I feel very comfortable that my car is in good hands and I love how any rattles or little issues I mention get fixed first time around, every time! I also appreciate always being offered a cool drink to take with me when I pick up my car. The hours are also very convenient as I work 9 to 5 so I like that I am able to drop my car off before work and pick it up after I finish work.
