I was really happy with the service. Randy was helpful, prompt and had solutions to any issues before he came to me with them. He stood in the rain (and got soaked) to show me the car, picked me up from far away places and answered every question I had and was in no way pushy.

We have been getting our car serviced with Jarvis Subaru since new and have had no troubles at all. The car is always washed and vacuumed, we are given a loan car and the service staff are friendly and helpful. Our new car warranty has expired and as a mechanic by trade would have normally started servicing it myself but the convenience and good service that Jarvis provide make it easier to take it there.
