The lady on the front desk was very helpful, talked me through everything they were doing, then what they did, everything they found and that there was an outstanding recall, explained what it was and that my car was okay. Offered me a drink when I arrived early and made small talk with me each time she walked past, it was nice not to be ignored.

The car came back in fantastic condition even though it was horrible weather, it was immaculate inside and out.
