I found the service staff at Tanunda to be the most polite and helpful people I have come across in the business, in particular Catherine. Her attention to detail but also her genuine nature and mannerisms are something that cannot be taught. You have to have a genuine care and passion for your job which is something she has and it is arguably the only reason I will come back to the dealership in the future.
Taking time to walk out from behind the counter and break the barrier between transnational and personal is such a wonderful thing. She even took the time to talk me out to my car. I'm a big boy, I know where my car was parked..I didn't need it. But on the drive home I realised I did need it. I did want to share thoughts about my car with someone who was seemingly just as passionate and interested as I am.
I do hope she gets the feedback from this. Customer service is so competitive and there are many areas that people can fault anyone. You aren't the cheapest, quickest or most conveniently located for me at all. That being said, I will return if that same attention to detail, respect and genuine interest is given to me by any of your staff at Tanunda as brilliantly as displayed by Catherine.
