I really value the staff at Jarvis Barossa, they are always friendly, helpful and keep me in the loop as to what has to happen now and what I can put off until next time and the risks involved in doing so. I love my car, but it has had more than it's share of problems so it is really important to me that I have a team of people that i can trust. There was a new phenomenon this time when Ben left me a video message showing me different aspects of my car and I could actually see what he was talking about. I trust the team there anyway, but it was great to be able to see in real time what he was talking about.
