Very professional, were above my expectations.

Needed the replacement of a broken sunroof. It did take almost 2 months for all the parts to be available, and while that was difficult for us , the staff did all they could and were always professional in the way they treated us. We had the use of a loan car for a couple of days. Along with Ben and Jodi, we must say how pleased we have been with Catherine in the way she assisted us throughout this repair. We feel she is a credit to your organisation.

I was very impressed with your staff & the ladies that help out also, I did get a reasonable offer on my trade in, I have already forwarded your details to friends noting that your service is very good, a pleasure to deal with you, I love the Isuzu MU-X, many people have looked at it and are very impressed, once again many thanks, I have not had a chance to put a review on your website, but will do shortly

It was my first time at Jarvis Tanunda and I was very impressed with the team Ben Alan and Michael Linke they were very helpful and honest and that is a rare thing these days. I am the grounds manager for Yalumba wines I will be taking all my department Utes to Jarvis now. I trust your team to do the best they can. The thing that stands out is how Professional they are it was a great pleasure dealing with them.

I was not aware that this service was a major service and required a bit more time! Ben informed me that it would possibly take until about 3.00pm before my car would be ready. As I had a 2.30 appt in Adelaide that was going to be difficult. Ben was most helpful in juggling things in workshop to enable my car to be ready earlier, and the service was completed by midday! Excellent customer service from Ben and the team to get my job done and enable me to meet my commitments in Adelaide. Thanks for that extra effort.
