You can have the best prices in town & the exact cars we’re after BUT....because @ Barossa Jarvis you have the staff who customers / clients will feel @ ease with knowing they can approach them again & again will be the deal clincher - every time. Everything else falls into place if you have GENUINE helpful staff, no one wants to return or recommend anyone unless they feel staff @ a company are the ‘real thing’. Staff can put on their employee hats but to us the customers they are people first & we want to see the everyday people side of your staff which I’m happy to say I was able to experience. Staff that give & divulge a little bit of ‘themselves’ as the person & share experiences outside the workplace rather than constantly referring back to the deal have true customer service qualities. I found this with the staff I met especially Randy who I wouldn’t hesitate in approaching with any follow ups I may have because I feel he would see those enquires / concerns for me through.

Office staff were very efficient and friendly - I was impressed that extra effort given to make my vehicle safer (tyre/wheel rotation).

My son was asked to drop off and pick up my ute for this service. He was unable to get the ute there before hours as arranged but staff still accommodated my service even though it was late and probably an inconvenience to them. I was very grateful to them for making it happen and the ute came back clean and shiny after they washed it.

The car getting washed is a nice bonus.
