From the first phone call (Brett), staff were professional and helpful. Upon my visit to Jarvis Barossa the next day, I was greeted by a trainee staff member who couldn't have been more helpful and he took me to meet Sam in the Show Room. Sam appraised my vehicle and was really helpful in showing me vehicles which would suit my needs. He really sold me on the Suzuki Vitara which I ended up buying. From here Lewis and Damien could not have been more helpful and understanding of what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and buying my vehicle, securing finance etc. was done so painlessly and efficiently. I could not have been happier with the help and service I received and also am thrilled with my car.
