All round good experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to be helpful; good deal; good trade in price; long wait to get car but got there in the end.

Very professional, car was ready for inspection when we arrived, we had to come a long way. John the salesman knew all about the car, Luke the manager greeted us on arrival and thanked us for coming out. Offered to bring car closer to us for delivery after deal done. John was not pushy, listened to what we said or asked and answered honestly. Very nice experience. 10 out of 10.

This is the second occasion I have visited Jarvis Subaru Tanunda. I chose the Barossa for the warranty work to be carried out as I was confident the customer service would be above reproach and I was not disappointed. The whole process with Subaru staff from responding to the Re-call letter right through to picking up my car at completion of the warranty work was smooth and hassle free.

I would like to acknowledge Josh (trainee) on his customer service and professional manner in the change over with leaving my car and receiving the loan car. Good work.

When picking up my car Caitlin was her usual efficient, friendly self - even had to wash the ice off my windscreen so I could be on my way.

I went in on my way to head back to Victoria as I had a blown headlight and bam they were friendly and quickly fitted a new one for me. So grateful and I got home safely.

Over the years we have brought 4 brand new vehicles, I would just like to say this purchase although probably wasn't an over expensive one was the best experience we have had, from the day we ordered it to the day we picked it up.

Aaron was fantastic to deal with and the unveiling of the car made me feel really special pulling of the red cover was fantastic (I think I was more excited about that, than driving the best car on the block. lol)

I also had my 3 year old granddaughter with me and both Aaron and Damian were really beautiful to her even giving her colouring in paper and pencils and talking to her.

Damian was a pleasure to deal with as well he knows his job back to front and went out his was to get the best interest rate for us.

Congratulations Jarvis on having great staff. Great staff are hard to find.

The team were very organized and got me in and out early. The team asked me several times if I was ok, did I want a coffee etc which was nice and they weren't over the top or annoying. The dealership was well presented as were the team, good job all round.
