Having dealt with another dealership recently, in my opinion Jarvis are doing all the right things in relation to monitoring service due dates, communication and relationships i.e. the work done even before the service.

At our last service, it was a nice surprise/reminder to have the car cleaned - it was absolutely filthy and was cleaner than what the $20 brushless job would have produced at the local car wash.
