We were impressed with Jarvis all round professional business from booking in on line, the reminder the day before, cleaning of the car even offering us some cool water as we were leaving. We had to drive 4 hours (from Whyalla) but had a night in Tanunda.

Service, professionalism, convenience, quality of work, time management, communication etc I really can't fault. The only issue with my service was that the BRZ I'd booked in to be serviced was somehow transformed into my 2004 Liberty (which I sold 10 years ago) on the paperwork and we had to start from scratch. Ben Allen resolved the situation with speed and professionalism, getting me out the door with minimum delay. 7/10 because of the error, +2.8 for the recovery. Very happy customer, will be back.
