The staff were courteous and helpful, and the car was under warranty, so all aspects were taken care of. I was offered a lift home, but declined as I had the use of a good Lounge area to wait while car was serviced. Many thanks as I have peace of mind that the car is under a 5 year Warranty.

It is a delight to be greeted by the staff at Barossa, the whole procedure is full of fun, caring and laughter. I am always looking forward to my next service for my Skoda (alias whisky) I am on a promise of car clean and coffee and chat with Jodie in 6 months, can't wait.

Only being able to pick one reason above is difficult because I could tick several. Staff were professional and friendly. Car was finished on time. The bonus is that the service was not expensive and now only having to have the car serviced every 12 months instead of every 6 months is perfect for us. Happy customer!
