Luke (sales) and Stasi (Business) were both excellent - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and obliging. A painless experience and you had the car I wanted (Skoda Octavia with every option), which, so far, I am very happy with.

All of the above mattered but the fact that I trust my car was taken care of and is running perfect is my main reason.

I find nothing is too much trouble for staff, communication is good and satisfaction seems to be a mantra embraced by customer service staff. Plus traffic is not heavy compared to city.
