I appreciated the help and understanding by Sam Scarfo. This purchase was a company car and it was a long drawn out process. I informed him at the start of proceedings it would be this way and he respected this and did not hassle me.

In the current climate I was very pleased with the email sent detailing COVID-19 changes, seeing changes implemented at drop off and the flexibility of the team at pick up to allow me to pay over the phone and pick up the car with out having to enter your office. This was greatly appreciated by my family and I.
