Randy was excellent and is obviously dedicated to his job and making positive experiences for customers. He went out of his way to hep find the car that most suited us, and he was our major reason for choosing Jarvis over other dealers and options. Even with an admin error that (car model was advertised incorrectly) could have cost the sale and trust go Jarvis, Randy fully managed the situation through to a positive outcome for everyone.

This was the first time I used a Jarvis Dealer with my Subaru, I was super happy with the staff at Tanunda, Car was serviced while I waited and worked from the dealership. Waiting area and facilities were great too. Service manager was very helpful and they washed and vacuumed my car.

There were 4 of us sitting around waiting for cars to be fixed / serviced and I loved that no mater what level worker came through … sales … office … mechanic…. Car cleaner they all asked us if we needed a drink of water or coffee and we’re having a chat while getting what they came for. Staff here just do a great job at the customer side!!! Love this and really was extra nice on an extremely hot day too! Great works and all deserve a pat on the back!!
