The service took extended time to complete due to a minor issue. The service staff kept me updated on the progress and explained the issue. Although I had to wait a couple of hours I was impressed to see the mechanics doing their best to ensure the issue was resolved and even more impressed that the service staff and the salesman (Aaron) stuck around past end of day until the vehicle was ready.

The whole experience was pleasant and easy going. We were never pressured to purchase a vehicle. Aaron understood what we were looking for and gave us several options. We have already decided when we need to replace our runabout car we will be returning.
