The car being washed and cleaned topped the experience off. Your friendly staff to the car being ready earlier than expected... even after arriving 20 minutes late. I received a call to tell me not to worry about being a little late, as I was concerned about holding your service team up. The cold drink that was offered when I was leaving to take with me on a hot day was also a nice touch. I will be returning for future services. I was concerned after moving to the Barossa I would have travel to the City for servicing. Thanks Jarvis Team.

Fab was great and the sales experience was good. Informative, not pushy and not patronizing. I felt that he listened to me and understood what I wanted from the deal. I was able to test drive the vehicle in a way which addressed my handling and power concerns... the Yeti has surprising get up and go! No prevarication which is refreshing and positive. Handover was good, detailed and unhurried. I felt that all aspects of the vehicle and Jarvis add-ons were adequately explained.
Insurance offer from the lovely Rachael was very competitive and Richard the manager was also good. All in all a stress free experience and one happy Skoda driver!
