Karina was a joy to deal with.

Very pleasant experience, car was ready when I needed it and it was clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The customer service that I have received from all the staff members that I have dealt with while purchasing my x-trail to speaking to any staff on the phone to now having had the car serviced, has been exceptional.

Richard and Karina were most helpful and no pressure. I could have got the car cheaper but I like Jarvis. I think it's my second car the first being a Ford Corsair (Dad introduced me).

We purchased a car from Karina at Angaston. She was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. We were on holidays at Angaston and did not really intend to purchase in SA, but rather in Tasmania, however Karina was happy to let us test drive both a diesel and petrol Outback Subaru to let us compare both cars. As Tas is a much smaller market, these cars are often not available to compare at the same time. Karina and Anthony went to great lengths to organise delivery for us within a few days in Adelaide. When we took delivery of the car in West Terrace, we realised that Karina's knowledge was excellent. We wish we could have taken delivery with her, but due to unforeseen circumstances, this was not possible as we travelled to McLaren Vale the next day and Karina also had sales training in Sydney. Her after sales contact has also been very good. We would be happy to deal with her again in the future.

Jodi was fantastic. I always got my car serviced elsewhere in the past but I will always bring it to Jarvis Barossa in the future. Jodi was a pleasure to deal with and all her staff were fantastic. No one likes spending money on their car but they made it a pleasurable experience. You guys are GREAT!!!!

Jodi - "front-of-house" extraordinaire - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My Outback serviced and cleaned beautifully. All obviously have a "can do" attitude, Technicians included. Very happy.

Was dealt with by Fab at Angaston. His service in relation to our needs was beyond excellent. He was not pushy in any way whatsoever. He was friendly and approachable and had excellent knowledge of the product that we were looking at purchasing. Following our agreement to purchase a vehicle he kept us informed of the progress regarding the vehicles preparation for collection and kept in contact at just the right level, not encroaching on our private life. He even came into work on his day off when we were due to collect the vehicle. Overall probably the best vehicle purchasing experience we have had.

It was an all round good experience. The sales person had excellent knowledge and was very thorough in explaining everything about the car. I was happy with the changeover price and everything went smoothly.

I've always bought my new cars from a country dealership as I find no pressure to buy, the salespersons know what they are talking about and always a great deal. Have found Randy to be very straight forward, friendly and a terrific person to talk to with no pressure involved. All the staff that I met were very friendly and if I was to buy another vehicle I would definitely return to Angaston dealership.
