All that was mentioned at the time of purchase and the organisation of same was delivered. This shows integrity of the company and staff which made the purchase of the vehicle an easy, enjoyable experience for me. The staff at Jarvis Barossa were genuinely friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which made the decision to purchase so much easier for me. Karina is outstanding. Keep the customer service people on the head office phones who seem to know very little about cars from talaking to the real custoemr.

The work done by Fab Di Biase was great. He was not pushy and he proceeded to show me the features and benefits of the Isuzu. He answered questions and was honest and friendly in his dealings with me. All good.

Overall I experienced friendly helpful staff and pretty good communication about what was happening. I prefer to buy local and don't believe I have been disadvantaged in any way by not buying my car in the city - which is where I work so would not be inconvenient.

I'm always very impressed with the service I receive from Jarvis Barossa. I appreciate the phone calls reminding me about my car service, Jodi is always bright, friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Ben, the head mechanic I think, is the same. He thoroughly explains what needs to be done to the car and if there is anything extra will always contact me to see if I'm happy for it to go ahead. I also appreciate the car being washed. A score of 10 seems a bit over the top, and I feel almost embarrassed to give it. It may sound false, but it is true. I have purchased a good number of cars in my lifetime and have to say that I am happiest with this recent sale. I got a car with which I am happy - and  I got it with no dramas or troubles. Karina Rosenzweig gave the friendliest, most helpful service and advice we have ever received from an automobile dealer... we have even named the car "Karina".
What else can I say?
Would we purchase again from Jarvis? - Yes.
Would we recommend Jarvis to friends or family? - Yes.

Fab Di Biase was the most approachable and customer focussed salesperson we have ever come across in all our years of purchasing motor vehicles. Fab Di Biase had a lot of outstanding attributes including:

1) Customer focussed
2) Great knowledge base and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he admitted so and would instead research the question and get back to us (in lieu of bluffing his way through the answer)
3) Not once did we feel pressured by Fab. He was understanding, empathetic and a salesperson that we felt comfortable with

I have no hesitation in recommending Fab Di Biase to any of our family and friends. The fact that the dealership is also local to us, was an added bonus.
