Always the best service. On this visit I only requested an interim 7500km oil and filter change, as usual the service was spot on. Keep up the good work and thanks for the wash and detailing, the vehicle was veeeery dirty.

Graham, Nathan and Randy made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much. All paperwork was ready, a cup of coffee provided and they all treated us as old friends even though we had never met before. I have two friends looking to upgrade their vehicles and have recommended Jarvis to them, so here's hoping.

I love having my car taken care of where I trust the job being done right. After experiencing the stress of the recent bushfires in my home town - and my car drove through some hot roads, I was relieved to have the full check up. I was still a little fragile and emotional on the day of my service and the lady on the front desk who took care of all the details, was really understanding and went beyond her ordinary requirements. I wish I remembered her name! Anyway - this helped me - and my car on our path back to some healthy normality! And - my car was covered in all the dust and soot still - so nice to have it cleaned! :)

I got the exact car I wanted and received an very good deal on it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the salesman who dropped off the car was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Dropped car off day prior to service being due to make it easier for myself and work commitments. I asked out of curiosity if car could be serviced today if was possible. A few hours later I receive a call from the service area advising my car was being serviced today. I then received a second call advising ready to collect. Well done to all involved - a big thank you to the Barossa Jarvis Team. Fab has also always been very helpful in all our dealings and I really appreciate this.

The whole staff was great, we were dealing with Fab who looked after us well, honest and knows his job well. His name befits his attitude - he is fabulous and his boss was great as well. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would consider them for my next car when the time comes. And I will pass this info onto my friends and family. So all I can say is well done to the staff at Tanunda, keep up the good work. I thought my wife may not like the 4x4 as much as me as she is short and I thought she may have problems climbing into the unit, but she loves it and I am impressed with the economy and the performance of the car.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Randy did an excellent job telling us about the vehicle and was happy to let us think about things without any pressure. I had been looking at vehicles for a few months and Randy remembered me when we came back into the yard. He answered our questions and if he did not know he found someone who did. Very happy with Jarvis at this point. The car has since done 1000kms and we are enjoying every minute.

I could not fault the attention to details I received. Graham, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative.

There was no pressure from the sales person. I came to buy a used car and ended up with a new car. I can recommend Jarvis Isuzu without reservation.
