Congratulations to Jarvis on the money well spent in totally re-establishing the Tanunda showroom & extended dealership facilities. Buying a new car felt special again. We had visited a lot of car dealers in the region but somehow knew we would go close to buying our vehicle at Jarvis. The Barossa is appealing to test drive cars as it offers all types of driving - traffic, higher speeds, hills, parking, etc. We were looking at anything in order to gain a bigger (but not too big) car and in doing so first met Randy. He was a top bloke and showed us anything and everything we showed an interest in but was clearly listening to our needs as we went along. Before long we were looking at the Liberty that we would later buy. We returned another day by appointment (without our toddler) to go for a test drive. Upon meeting with Randy he introduced us to Fab and explained that he was the new car salesperson and Subaru specialist. At first I wasn't happy about being handballed but after a little time spent with Fab, I felt very comfortable again. Fab took us for what was an extended test drive in both the Liberty & Outback Premium models. From there on Fab proved his worth. We couldn't make a decision any which way but Fab listened, questioned and carefully pressed us to allow us to make a comfortable decision. In doing so, he didn't push us towards the most expensive model - very admirable. Fab was desperate to close the deal that day and made the deal a bit tastier but we just needed some time away to just go over everything together & Fab was gracious in allowing us to do that. We returned two days later to meet with Fab again, go over a few more things and we were ready to purchase. I look forward to my wife returning to service the vehicle in a dealership that is clean, friendly & welcoming, professional, flexible and offers the proximity & facilities of Tanunda.

It was a good experience because the sales person, Graham, was not pushy, but gave the information needed when asked and then followed up with other information on the car. He talked to me about the car, and not just my husband, as this was my car, even though it was in joint names. Graham made sure that everything was clear, eg servicing, warranty, etc.

Randy and his Manager Trevor were very easy to deal with and we were able to get the type of car that we were searching for at a very competitive price. Also, the extra peace of mind that a company like Jarvis can give us with capped service costs and 3 year warranty was important.

We had been looking for a car locally in car yards. Our neighbour has a Subaru. Your sales man, Fab ,was very informative and helpful in selling us a car that suited us, not one that the boss had wanted sold, or that had a special deal attached.
