The customer service experience from initial enquiry via Carsales.com through to the contact centre and finally the assistance from Graham and the team in Tanunda was excellent. Drove off on a 3 week Tasmania holiday 2 days after picking up the car and apart from a minor hiccup with a remote battery and a broken mudflap, the car performed brilliantly in snow, rain, mud, ice and dirt. First Subaru and definitely wont be the last from Jarvis.

I found the staff member very friendly and polite. Our car was ready when we were told it would be and was cleaned inside and out. The service details were discussed and a phone call was made to find out about new car warranty. Also we were advised where to go re transmission problem. We were very impressed overall.

When I had a query about work they were recommending they were very clear and very willing to respond to my concerns and gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision... mechanic even came out, smiling, to ensure I understood the situation and after the job left a shoddy wheel for me to see the evidence, even though I had not asked for it.

Staff were professional in all areas. i.e. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable etc. I bought the car new eight years ago and have been very happy returning on every occasion for regular servicing and one minor warranty problem in that period. Yes, I would be happy to recommend Jarvis Tanunda.
