Because I had to bring my car back for a problem that was encountered during a previous service, Jarvis didn't charge me for rectifying the problem. They also didn't charge me for the wheel balance and alignment I had booked on the same day. This was a most generous gesture, demonstrating the company's excellent customer relationship.
