Several things were delayed or not delivered which had nothing to do with the people at Jarvis Barossa. However they persisted for the client to achieve an expected good outcome, very satisfactory to all.

James and Nick were extraordinarily helpful and patient throughout the entire process. The car is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. All in all this was a great buying experience.

Both Steve and James were helpful in every reasonable way, attentive without applying any hint of pressure to purchase. I felt comfortable with James at all times. I was glad that they had a car that suited my needs, because I would have been disappointed not to have been able to repond to their good work with a purchase.

I was also impressed by the thoroughness of the Jarvis system and procedure, as I saw it in James' hands.

Staff were extremely friendly, car was well attended to and small issues all resolved. The car wash was a real bonus... I was very pleased and very impressed.
