Staff friendly and professional; car washed; completed on time. Agreed to complete some needed repairs under warranty even though it could have been argued that they were not covered. It is refreshing to deal with a company that honours its commitments without hesitation.

I had discovered a fault light the day before I was to take a short holiday and took my car to Jarvis in Tanunda in the hope they could rectify the issue. The service was exceptional and they were able to fix the issue so I could still take my holiday. My gratitude to the staff and especially to Ben Allen (no relation) for his awesome customer service.

We always feel very welcomed by the Barossa staff. Great after sales service continues through servicing. Tanunda is not the closest service centre for us but we will continue to drive the hour to get our car serviced due to the ongoing great service we have received from Nathan & his team. We cannot recommend Jarvis Barossa enough!
