It is a pleasure to have the car serviced at Jarvis Barossa. The facilities are very good and the complimentary drinks and beverages, as well as the pleasant waiting area, are much appreciated. I have always found the staff to be considerate and very much aware of good customer interactions. My car is always well serviced and cleaned and the staff always let me know of any future concerns. If they think there is going to be an issue in regard to anything they alert me beforehand if they are aware. I am very happy with the way they look after me and my car.

Car was washed and cleaned and didn’t take long to service as I advised them I had a 4 hour drive home I needed to do. :)

I would have appreciated being notified that I was due for an air clean before the day of service so that I had more time to prepare my budget.

The standard of the customer service and their willingness to interact and consider our needs made the exchange very easy to complete and the standard of the servicing seems to have been very good. The car was clean the seats in the correct positions and the Air conditioning ducts as we left them.

Staff were friendly,happy and helpful. I loved it that my car was washed and cleaned.

Staff offered to replace air conditioner filters while doing warranty on airbag so replaced at a reduced price. Appreciate staff thinking ahead as these are expensive to replace.
