Lisette and Jodi and usually Ben (but he was away) are always very friendly, polite and manage to make things happen. In fact I took my car in 2 days early to just see if i could get a diagnosis so that the part could be ordered in prior to me leaving the car there and then it wouldn't start again. Nothing was a drama, they organised everything for me and kept in touch with me so that i knew what was going on. I have and will continue to recommend Jarvis Barossa to friends, family and anyone that will listen. Ben's fill in was equally helpful, and accommodating.

A couple of non-routine squawks were noted and advised to the service team on booking. Both appear to have been rectified, in addition to the regular service. And it's clean again!

It was a great positive experience. Staff were absolutely excellent and professional. The facilities were exceptionally clean and up to date and everything went according to plan and agreed timing. The vehicle was received washed and cleaned and free of any signs of being worked on (dashboard work). Well done, ten stars for everything. Mind you, the one sad part was having to hand back the loan Forester, which is a fantastic vehicle. In time I will grow to love my 2009 Forester again.

WE would tick all these boxes. We are really happy with the car and the service we received. Fab was very thorough with his explanations and advised us to test drive the car on our usual dirt roads which we travel daily. This gave us a real test of the car for our daily use . This was really appreciated and the car performed really well. Fab was friendly and helpful at all stages of the deal. We met the service staff and they were very friendly and helpful . 

We did phone another dealer and considered a deal with them, but decided to shop locally and we are pleased we did .
Our daughter in law has a Suzuki Swift and said she liked the Ignis, and our son who is a panel-beater was very impressed with the design and simple body construction and the technical features in the car. WE will share our enthusiasm with friends. Thank you.
