Reception staff were great from the moment I stepped in. They greeted me with a smile, asked what sort of help l needed and even answered questions professionally. Given a cup of coffee and l even managed to write my assignment in the comfort of the waiting area. It was a lovely experience and good customer care.

We were more than satisfied with the service provided. I had my dates mixed up, and arrived a day early, my car was still able to be serviced, and finished on time. The car was cleaned both inside & out. The loan car was excellent. The staff were very helpful. We were 100 percent satisfied with the service we received.

I lobbed up Tuesday morning 7.45 am all though they don`t open until 8.00 the young lady attended to me straight away. I explained I did not have a booking and I had to drive to Brisbane on Thursday (unexpectedly) and did not want to go over my service kms she took my keys (after doing her paperwork) and said see you about lunch time, just before midday she phoned to say car ready. Great service from the young lady at the front counter.

I could have selected several reasons for giving a 10/10 score - the staff at Jarvis Barossa are always helpful, courteous and professional, and because they knew we were waiting for it, the car service was finished very quickly even though there were a couple of additional servicing requirements. Good job again, Jarvis Barossa Service Department!!
