Sorry the car was so dirty when it came in... I had a very busy few days previous and did not have time to at least remove some of the dirt from the dirty roads.

Also thank you for fitting me in to ensure that I didn't go over the service time too much as I still had a lot of Km's to cover before I went back to work.

The wash and vacuum were greatly appreciated. Also appreciated the call alerting to worn tyres and offer to replace during the service. Although that option was not taken up (due to arrangements with other tyre supplier) it showed care.

Staff were helpful & friendly while I waited for my vehicle.
