Confident everything done as it should be have dealt with Jarvis for about 15 yrs.

Love the car and the service I receive every time, always remembered by salesman that sold to me the Vitara and greeted so friendly, awesome testament to type of people on team.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Car looked great after service.

ALL suggested comments were possibly important. Those which especially interest myself are staff attitude and finishing on, or in my case before, the quoted time. We have only ever had excellent service and have come to expect nothing but with Ben as the Majordomo. Have yet to meet the replacement for Anthony as manager but Anthony was the one whom we had our first dealings with from your company and he set the standards. We miss him -no disrespect to someone whom we have yet to meet. Keith & Chris.

Helpful friendly team, excellent communication around warranty questions, a no stress experience.

All the above, staff were friendly, there was a simple explanation of what the service involved, one staff member entertained my child while I was talking about the fees etc, my car was clean and tidy once I picked it up. Really happy with the experience.

very considerate staff as we had times mixed up, and car finished early and clean.

The car is under warranty. Service was performed in good time as have to drive 400kms back home.
