I received an initial and timely reminder well in advance that it was time to book a service. This was followed up with a friendly reminder the day before. Jarvis took the time to collect the vehicle from my workplace and promptly returned it with a minimum of fuss, cleaned inside and out, and with all relevant paperwork left conveniently on the passenger seat for perusal. Overall an excellent experience.
