Very professional and car always cleaned during the service period. Take the time to answer question and happy to give advice.

I was completely 'blown away' by the promptness,but to have the vehicle washed and vacuumed also was something I have not been accustomed previously at other service centres. The politeness of the two persons at the front desk was refreshing.

Warranty work; all appears to be good. It was finished *ahead* of schedule. We were given a loan car (which was booked, but not in the records). I was allowed to park my bike there until the bike shop opened. Polite, friendly, professional staff.

Randy our sales person, and Marty were great to deal with, Randy had good knowledge of the car and was very patient at explaining everything! as I have had my current Impreza for 17 years, 300,000kms on the clock and its still going! so there is a lot of new functions to learn about in this one. Hope this one lasts as long!! 

We had called into Mildura Subaru dealer before Jarvis, but were disappointed with the customer service.

Great service friendly and professional.

I was informed a couple of times throughout the day re progress of service, all was done as quote and drove home in a sparkling clean car and of course it had to rain on way home.

Really happy how the workshop accommodate my needs and work in with my schedule. 

Staff very friendly and helpful dealt with Randy, Mikayla and Amanda all good people to deal with also got car was after very happy thanks Pam and Trevor.

Luke was a great salesman and accommodated to my needs and wants in a car and accommodated to my current circumstances also and gave me a great deal. Excellent that he drove to Gepps Cross to meet me all the way from the Barossa. Many thanks

As always it was an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Jarvis Suzuki. All of the staff, both service and sales were very friendly offering us refreshments often. It was good catching up with Fab, the salesman who sold us both of our Vitaras. We live approximately 45 minutes away but enjoy bringing the cars for their service.

Received a good deal and very happy with the car.
