We always receive great service & are well looked after by Nathan & his team, that's why we drive the extra to get our car serviced in the Barossa. Only just a couple of weeks ago (prior to our service) made a special trip to Tanunda from the Adelaide Hills to buy two chainsaws as the Sthil Shop is part of Jarvis Barossa. We wouldn't take our business anywhere else given the great ongoing service we receive!

I didn't realise my car needed 2 services in one. The lady I dealt with was not worried and just made it happen. Professional and courteous.

We have been having our XV serviced at Jarvis Subaru Tanunda for 5 years , having purchased it new. We have always found the service we got from the team to be professional and value for money, and our feedback has been positive, and with they recent issues our Subaru had with the CVT trans... our feedback is totally reflective of the honest, professional way the problem has been fixed. We understand how frustrating and difficult it was to sort out.. but the ownership of the issue taken onboard by the Tanunda Service Team has left us really appreciative of how we were treated, and we proudly say how Subaru have treated us. We are very much Subaru converts.

Location, location, facility presentation and brilliant staff.

The all round experience was not overwhelming. I did know what i wanted but the sales persons knowledge (FAB) was spot on and thorough. The whole Jarvis team made us feel welcome on every occasion. Amanda made the finance application process smooth and kept us in constant communication. Jess added the care and protection to our car and was again very friendly on every occasion. The showroom presented well and was very clean. Delivery of the car was very personalised with the video text and big ribbon on collection on the vehicle. We were acquainted also with the after sales service manager, Ben.

The gifts of Isuzu hats and pamper pack were an absolute bonus. Thank you Team Jarvis :)
