Been bringing our cars to Jarvis Tanunda for a while now and always happy with the professional service that comes across with the team. Everything is always explained before and after service so there is no surprise. Our car this time was very quick and as I was working in the area at the time so it was also very convenient.

Difficult to single out a single reason. The service was completed, on time and as quoted. I am reluctant to single out people as there are many people you don't see when you get your car serviced but Catherine Broadhurst at Tanunda is a great customer facing representative of the service team.

Plus finished on time, good service.

Staff are always friendly, work is always finished on time if not earlier & the staff don't rush you to collect your car.

Aaron was very helpful. He explained all of the cars features and organised for me to be able to test drive one all the way to my home to see if it would go up and down my steep drive without scraping. He was always friendly and answered my questions. Once we had organised our purchase of the car he even answered my texts with questions on his day off. Then when we picked the car up he showed me all around the dealership and service center. I was amazed at how they have a lounge area and complementary drinks for customers while they wait for their car to be serviced. So much nicer than were my old car was serviced. I'm looking forward to getting my new one serviced there. 

Now that I have the car I am so happy with it. It's such a pleasure to drive and I have had many positive comments about it from my work colleagues. Very happy with my choice.

Aaron was very helpful with his knowledge of the car and was kind enough to even deliver our car mats to our front door to save us waiting for them. He also has made him self available to us if there is any questions we have in regards to the vehicle after the purchase. What a great sales man Thank You.
