Staff were friendly and courteous, my car was nicely detailed on pickup, my items of concern were addressed during the service/inspection and I was provided feedback on urgency to address. Loan car was in good nick. Overall very positive experience. Keep up the good work.

It is great that it is washed at the service, however the primary reason that I bring it to Jarvis at Tanunda is that you are an authorised Subaru workshop. This means that the mechanical staff are comprehensively selected and trained. When coupled with supervision by experienced technical staff, they are experienced, knowledgeable and have access to all data and authorised Subaru parts. This all translates to a reliable vehicle, i.e. Subaru.
