During the regular service of our Forester, issues with the drain plug on the front differential were discovered. The plug was damaged or had been damaged prior to removal for the replacing of oil. Although the car was out of action for 2.5 days, it was fixed not at our expense. I was continually informed about the issue. I would like the company to recognise the service front desk man at Tanunda, Ben, for the efficient and knowledgeable way he dealt with us over the issue. He surely deserves a raise!
