It really is a combination of Price (above all), promise was kept and great customer service. At the last minute I added a tow bar with out a lot of notice and they were also able to get that done. Graham also picked me up in Adelaide which was really appreciated considering it was some distance for him to travel at a very early time in the morning. I can not fault the customer service I received.

We were immediately asked by staff member Randy if he could be of any assistance. This was a very refreshing approach as we have been ignored at other car yards. Randy was most helpful in showing us a variety of cars and explaining specifications on each vehicle. We were impressed with the Suzuki S-Cross and decided on the purchase. Jarvis made buying the car easy. A demo was brought out to our workplace for us to test drive and when we wanted to discuss buying a different model with additional features, Jarvis made the process easy by immediately contacting the supplier, determining the delivery date for our selection and choice of colours.

During negotiations there was no nonsense and we felt that Jarvis was working in good faith to give us its best deal without the run around.

Whilst we were waiting for our order to be delivered we were kept updated with the status of the order and anticipated delivery date.

Buying a car from Jarvis was a pleasant experience. I was able to ask plenty of questions and was treated like an important client. I felt comfortable discussing car options and negotiating possibilities. There was frequent communication and follow up during the purchase arrangements. This was particularly important as this was a lease car arrangement.
