We could’ve ticked every box relating to main reason for a score of 10 directly in relation to service and experience provided by Randy MORCOMBE (Tanunda Isuzu). He was a smiling face from moment we walked in door, knew details about vehicle (MUX) that we were looking at (we were looking at a couple other brands also at time so his knowledge of the MUX helped us to learn about vehicle and look over car while in showroom as we hadn’t previously looked at this vehicle), he was happy to spend time with us, allow test drives, service and follow up contact was great. If / when we know someone else looking for a new vehicle we would recommend Isuzu (as we love our new car) but also specifically Randy as the person to go see. PS - we loved the large bow on our new vehicle at pick up, was a great touch.

The staff member I dealt with was professional courteous listened actively, followed the bookin book out process methodically and smiled

I have been coming to Jarvis Tanunda for approximately 7 years and not once been less than happy with all aspects of my visit.

I could have ticked more but the service staff were their usual 1st class.

Staff were fantastic, explained everything to me, and having my car returned to me not just serviced and cleaned but also vacuumed was lovely! (I'd said yes to a clean, but for them to go the extra mile and vacuum too was a small thing that went a long way :)
