Always very helpful and courteous. Go through what was done and any issues that were found / fixed. Nice waiting area when car takes a little longer and complementary beverages. Also liked how sales man came and asked how we liked the car and have we done any adventuring, was a small nice gesture. Car was also washed and had a vacuum was a nice small thing that makes the experience that much better, and feel like your car is cared and treated for while there and that the people there care about what they are doing.
