Here is what is included and what it is like to own the car afterwards.

Included with every used car

  • Three-year fixed-price servicing. $295 for passenger vehicles, SUVs and light commercials, $395 for 4WDs, at every 12 months or 10,000km, which also keeps your warranty and roadside valid. More on the free extras page.

Servicing made easy

Jarvis has five service centres across metro Adelaide and the Barossa, and services all makes and models, not just the brands it sells. Owning the car is meant to be low-effort:

  • Easy booking. Book by phone on 1300 13 77 44, by SMS on 0483 902 173, or online at jarviscars.com.au/service/book-service. Services are pre-booked, and Jarvis contacts you three weeks ahead to confirm the time still suits.
  • Courtesy drop-off. A drop-off service runs from each dealership across the city and local areas, Monday to Friday.
  • Loan vehicles. Current-model, air-conditioned loan cars are available while yours is serviced. Book ahead, as they fill fast.
  • Two-hour express servicing. Minor services can be done while you wait, with complimentary refreshments and free Wi-Fi in the lounge.
  • Complimentary car wash. An external wash with every service, unless you would rather we didn't.
