Suzuki Australia has taken the top podium position in Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction ratings for new cars in 2018.

The prestigious award for Most Satisfied Customers – New Cars 2018 demonstrates against the entire automotive industry, the Japanese manufacturers’commitment to customer satisfaction.

Canstar Blue’s findings highlight that Suzuki outperforms the industry with five stars for overall satisfaction, reliability and value for money.

Suzuki has also been crowned king of the small car market, having been awarded Most Satisfied Customers – Small Cars three years running, scoring five stars across a range of categories including driving experience, reliability, value for money and overall satisfaction.

A significant achievement for the Japanese manufacturer, outperforming the likes of Honda, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Toyota and Volkswagen.
